I rejoice in the awakening of the Buddha’s and also in the spiritual levels of their sons.
With folded hands I beseech the Buddha’s of all directions to shine the lamp of Dharma for all bewildered in the gloom of misery.
With folded hands I beseech all the Buddha’s who wish to pass away, to please remain for countless eons and not to leave the world in darkness.
My foes will become nothing. My friends will become nothing. I too will become nothing. Likewise, ALL, will become nothing.
Just like a dream experience, whatever things I enjoy will become a memory. Whatever is passed will not be seen again.
I alone will liberate those not liberated. I alone will release those not released. I alone will relieve those unrelieved. And set living beings in Nirvana!
The Buddha’s neither wash away ill deeds with water, nor remove beings sufferings with their hands, nor transfers their realizations to others. Beings are released through the teachings of the truth. The final reality.
Thus by the virtue that has collected through all that I have done, may the pain of every living creature be completely cleared away.
What you are about to read is the culmination of five years of experience and research in the American Injustice System. It comes from the direct experience of being branded a sex offender or S.O. It is our intention to share this experience with you so you may be better prepared if and when it happens to you. The thing to remember is that every day in this country it is happening to somebody somewhere and you are not immune. No one is.
These authors do not care if you're guilty or innocent. These authors do not care what you did or didn't do. The only thing these authors care about is that you are insured a fair trial and we don't see how without this manual you're going to get one. That's why this manual was written. What you need to recognize immediately if you're already headed for trial is that the trial is not about making a judgment based on the facts. It's about putting you through an ordeal of such drama and far-reaching repercussions that your confession is obtained and you take a plea bargain. It's a game and your life is the ball, nothing more. That's justice in America!
It may be treated as a game, but the game is still governed by rules. These rules are the criminal statutes, rules of evidence, rules of court, rules of criminal procedure, ethics rules and case law that you must learn till you can quote them without this book and quote them when they apply. If you can do this you stand a better chance of keeping everyone honest and getting a fair trial.
There is no doubt advice in this book is going to piss off a lot of people for various reasons and it doesn't take a genius to figure out in advance who they are and what they represent. That's just tough. If you are an American, you stand by a fair and just legal system. Therefore, if you oppose this book you need to re-evaluate your political philosophy and affiliations accordingly.
